Compensation and Refund Policy

Roza app prioritizes customer satisfaction and strives to deliver an exceptional experience with all products and services. If you're not satisfied with the products or services for any reason, we will provide you with a replacement as soon as possible. If you don't need a replacement, you may be eligible for a partial refund in the form of Roza's wallet credit, valid for 12 months.

  • You must contact the customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.
  • Guaranteed timely delivery. If the order is delayed by more than 4 hours, you can contact customer service to resolve the issue.
  • Roza app will not be responsible if the recipient's information provided is incorrect or if the recipient refuses to accept the order.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled 24 hours before the start of the delivery period. A full refund will be provided in this case.
  • Once the preparation of the order begins, cancellation becomes difficult due to the team's readiness to deliver the products with the best quality.

Cancellation by Roza App

  • The app may cancel your order in rare cases, such as stock shortages or delivery difficulties. In this case, a full refund will be provided.

Return Policy

  • You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product if you are not satisfied with the quality.
  • A full refund will be provided for damaged products upon delivery after verification.
  • Some items are excluded from the return policy, such as flowers, cosmetics, food, perfumes, and others.
