Roza app prioritizes customer satisfaction and strives to deliver an exceptional experience with all products and services. If you're not satisfied with the products or services for any reason, we will provide you with a replacement as soon as possible. If you don't need a replacement, you may be eligible for a partial refund in the form of Roza's wallet credit, valid for 12 months.
- You must contact the customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.
- Guaranteed timely delivery. If the order is delayed by more than 4 hours, you can contact customer service to resolve the issue.
- Roza app will not be responsible if the recipient's information provided is incorrect or if the recipient refuses to accept the order.
